Almarai offers two visit programs: the first is for Al Kharj, suitable for residents of Riyadh and Al Kharj. The second program is for visits to Hail, and is automatically closed. Almarai provides shuttle buses to the site, and visitors are accompanied by Almarai supervisors who ensure their care. For schools, the bus arrives at the school at 6:30 AM and departs at 7:00 or 7:30 AM
